Seminar about the coastal risks in « Nord – Pas-de-Calais »

Boulogne-sur-Mer – Universitary centre of the « Musée » – 34 Grande Rue.

The GIS Campus International de la Mer et de l’Environnement Littoral obtained a research programme Fondation de France (FDF) “What seacoasts for tomorrow? Practical skills, vision and representation of the future: research projects.

This seminar is a part of the “governance of the coastal risks “Nord – Pas de Calais” programme.

This is a meeting day between actors in the territory affected by coastal risks. This day allowed finding the issues of the subject towards the various all those interested in the territory and constructive dialogue.

The day is organized around four roundtables, and the aim of this day is to get answers about the following four questions:

  1. The measure and the perception of the climate change on the concerned field (sea level, temperature, etc…),
  2. What are the questions (of the speaker) about the coastal dangers and the climate change?
  3. The predictable and known impact in the short and the long term of the dangers and the climate change,
  4. In the (speaker’s) strategy, how is incorporate the problematic of the risks and the climate change?
